The Department is seeking to engage suitably qualified firms to progress the planning, design, documentation and facilitate the implementation of the refurbishment and new construction works at TNH. Consultant’s to be engaged separately by the Department include:
·EOI No. E0967 Principal Consultant (Architect) - including Architectural, Interior Design, Landscape Design, Health Planning, Structural Engineer, Civil Engineer and Building Surveyor
·EOI No. E0968 Project Manager
·EOI No. E0969 Building Services Engineer - including Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Hydraulic Engineer, Communications and Security Engineer, Fire Protection Services Consultant, Fire Safety Engineer and Lift Services Engineer
·EOI No. E0970 Quantity Surveyor
·EOI No. E0971 Ecologically Sustainable Development Consultant
