To print and deliver a 64 page plus cover, 210mm deep x 148mm wide, 4 colour process throughout, 115gsm silk gloss or equivalent, saddle stitch into 68 pages self-cover, packaged into suitable cartons, delivered free into store to 2 Victoria Road, Birkenhead by an agreed date (tentatively Wednesday 15 September 2004) from art work supplied on disk.
Please quote to print quantities of 70,000, 80,000 and 100,000 copies.
