Invited suppliers were required to forward solutions that were functional while utilising state of the art technologies that will perform to the minimum technological requirements as outlined in the ‘technical specifications and required additional information’ within the RFQ documentation for the proposed project. Note: The technology solutions forwarded were to be able to be expanded upon and interact with similar technologies (e.g. Video Conferencing Facilities, existing Projector/Plasma installations within the Academy).
