Repairs to Roofs, Gutters and Downpipes at DSTG, Fishermans Bend and RAAF Williams Point Cook Victoria

The scope of works of this project involves repairs to roofs, gutters, downpipes and bird proofing across the sites of DSTG, Fishermans Bend and RAAF Williams Point Cook which includes the following;

DSTG, Fishermans Bend;

• Building 52: Remove and replace the roof and gutters and downpipes.

• Building 23: Installation of new downpipes and box gutters. Remove and install partial sections of the roof.

• Building 37: Installation of new roofing with new stormwater management. Installation of a new footing with stormwater outlet at the rear of the building.

  RAAF Williams Point Cook;

• Building 101 (Sea Plane Hangar): Mend the exiting hanger doors to make them moveable. Bird proofing which includes filling gaps around the doors and sheet metal.

• Building 180 and 181 (Bellman Hangars): Bird proofing which includes filling gaps around the doors and sheet metal.
