WA Public Transport Authority
METRONET Program Management Office Services
Details
Description
The METRONET Office requires a Program Management Office (PMO) to provide centralised control, independent scrutiny, oversight and consolidated reporting on the METRONET program of projects. The dimensions of the METRONET program are far‑reaching and complex, with the METRONET Office responsible for the initial project planning and development up to (and including) completed project definition plans for railways and train stations, and improvement plans/master plans for station precincts. Following the Government’s final investment decision responsibility for the individual projects will be handed over to the relevant delivery agency – with the METRONET Office responsible for monitoring delivery.
The PMO will operate at the program level, but has deliverables at both the program and project level (as outlined in the specifications) – reflecting the dual role of the METRONET Office to provide strategic oversight across the overall program, as well as plan individual projects.
For further details on Scope and Specification refer to the Request for Tender Document Book 3 - Schedule 6.
