Appointment to a Panel of Pre-Qualified Contractors to Provide Services for the Removal of Abandoned Vessels

The Department has a requirement for the removal of vessels that have been abandoned by their owners in Two Rocks Marina and other metropolitan boat harbours. The vessels may be located on either a hardstand area and/or in the water berthed at pen facilities.
The Department is seeking to form a panel of Contractors that have the resources and appropriate skills to provide a safe and cost effective removal and disposal of abandoned vessels at metropolitan boat harbours.
The contract will initially apply to abandoned vessels currently located at Two Rocks Marina and will be expanded on an as required basis to abandoned vessels at other metropolitan boat harbours.
