Description
This Request for Quote is for the supply, delivery, installation, commissioning and optional servicing and maintenance of up to three (3) Bariatric Obstetric, Gynaecology and Uro-gynaecology Operating Theatre Tables, with optional accessories for KEMH. The Theatre Tables will be suitable for all Obstetric, Gynaecology and Uro-gynaecology procedures, as well as suitable for use for all Bariatric patients.
Initially, an upfront purchase of one (1) Table will be made with the option for KEMH to purchase a further two (2) Tables when funding is secured; estimated timeframe for the second table is at 12 to 18 months, and the third table at 36 to 48 months.
