Description
Offers are invited by the State of Queensland (acting through Building and Asset Services, a business unit of the Department of Housing and Public Works) in relation to Invitation to Offer No. BAS1014FNQ for the establishment of a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA or Arrangement) for the provision of Unplanned Maintenance and Minor Upgrade Services for the Principal and Eligible Customers as specified in the Invitation to Offer document. It is envisaged that the Arrangement will be divided across 14 Service Types:
Plumbing
Electrical
Builders (General)
Carpentry
Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration Services
Arboriculture
Flooring
Painting
Glazing
Mowing, Slashing and Yard Maintenance
Locksmith
Steel Fabrication / Metal Work
Pest Control
Concrete Work
