Description

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the construction of the new Community Health Hub at Norfolk Village State School, located at 83 Halfway Dr, Ormeau QLD 4208.

The project comprises an extension to an existing building (Building C) and upgrades to an existing PWD WC. The position of the building is at the rear of the Administration building with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by 11 December 2020.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

  • Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
