Description
The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals from businesses experienced in building/construction/home renovation etc to refurbish an existing accommodation building at Aurukun. The project involves converting a nurses quarters accommodation building, which is currently configured as four seperate units, into two larger two bedroom units.
The constructions works are located at the Aurukun Primary Health Care Centre (PHCC), Kang Kang Road, Aurukun.
The scope of the works includes, but is not limited to:
- Demolition works to the existing building.
- Refurbishment and refit of the existing building
- Related site works and landscaping
- Supply and installation of furniture, fixtures and other equipment (FFE)
- Construction of footpaths and pedestrian gate (provisional)
