Invitation to Offer (ITO) No. QRIC 03.2324 Supply, Delivery and Ongoing Maintenance of a Liquid Handler with Multi-mode Detectors

The Queensland Racing Integrity Commission (QRIC) Racing Science Centre (RSC), the Customer, is an accredited facility recognised in the rules of racing across codes to provide integrated drug testing and research, education and advisory services aimed at safeguarding the integrity of the Queensland racing industry.

The Customer, is seeking the supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of one (1) Liquid Handler that is able to automate Affinity Assay Preparation and Analysis via multi-option UV and fluorescence detectors.

The package must be a fully automated system that can take over the entire process of performing multiple immune- and/or affinity-assay analysis on dozens of samples without human involvement. The package must meet the Requirements outlined QRIC 03.2324 ITO Part B - Contract Details, Schedule 1 - Requirements
