Salisbury State School - Block C Refurbishment (With Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction proposed refurbishments to Block C at Salisbury State School, located at 19 Cripps Street, Salisbury, QLD 4107, as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement (SIE) program.

The scope includes refurbishments to 2 x misic rooms, store rooms, FLA and GLA spaces. The position of the building is in the middle of the school with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by March 2022.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1 million

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
