Earnshaw State College - FlexiSpace (with Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the refurbishment of an existing space in Block G into a FlexiSpace at Earnshaw State College, located at Cnr Earnshaw and Tufnell Rd, Banyo Qld 4014, as part of the FlexiSpace (Flex) program.

All works are to be completed by 25 June 2021.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
