Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the replacement of roof and guttering to the Library at Wynnum State High School, located at Peel Street, Manly, QLD 4179.
Works to include the following aspects:
• Demolition of exisitng roof sheeting and box gutters and parapets.
• Supply and install a new roof system complete with new structural framing; timber fascia, eaves gutters and downpipes.
All works are to be completed by 5th October 2018.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a QBCC Builder's Licence to undertake the entire scope of works.
