Currumbin Valley State School - Admin, Covered Outdoor Learning Area & Civil Works (w/ Design) - Eligible PQC Contractors Level 2

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the refurbishment of the Administration building, new Covered Outdoor Learning Area and stormwater rectification works at Currumbin Valley State School, located at 1233 Currumbin Creek Road, Currumbin Valley Qld 4223 as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement program and an Election Commitment.

The project includes full refurbishment of the existing Administration building, replacement of the existing Covered Outdoor Learning Area, and stormwater rectification works. All works are to be completed by 20 January 2023.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minium PQC Level 2 with certified 3rd Party Quality Assurance and a QBCC Builder's Licence to undertake the entire scope of works.
