Supply and Installation of Solar Panels for Kindergartens

The purpose of this Invitation to Offer (Invitation to Offer) is to establish a Preferred Supplier Arrangement for the supply and installation of solar panels and inverters for Kindergartens for the Department of Education and Training (the department). The Department of Education and Training (DET) has established the requirement which includes the ability to provide for the detailed design, compatibility, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the Works and materials complete in all respects and complying with detailed performance requirements. Offerers are sought on a geographical basis as per Education Queensland Regions. Although it is expected that an Offeror can provide the required services to all Kindergartens within a Region, each Offeror is not required to distribute to all Regions. Therefore, it is envisaged that more than one Offeror may be accepted to cover the total requirements of this ITO. It is a mandatory requirement that the Offeror must offer Goods (panels and inverters) that are registered with the Clean Energy Council of Australia (CEC).
Offerors must have personnel who have accreditation from the Clean Energy Council of Australia (CEC) as an installer of renewable energy systems.
The Offerer must have the ability to supply to all Early Childhood Education Centres within a Region
