Description
Demolition of existing fire damaged plant room and constructon of a replacement plant room, modelled on QAS Standard Designs and complying with all the requirements of the Building Code of Australia and other relevant legislation. Contractor required to possess current PQC Level 2 qualifications or higher.
Where a PQC level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide tender documents, consider or accept a tender unless the Tenderer is registered under the Queensland Government's PQC system for that PQC level (or higher) and the categories for which the tender is invited.
