Description
The Department of Education, Training and Employment (the Department) is seeking the provision of support and maintenance of the Department’s International Students Management System (ISMS).
- Support requirements shall be generally aligned with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Management best practice.
- Traditional help desk support which includes the following:
- Operational failures of (parts of) the system that need to be solved in order to help the business operate efficiently. This includes software faults or user issues.
- Any other type of query or problem related to system setup, use of the software, documentation etc.
