MACD1362 - MR80613 - CONSTRUCTION OF OVERTAKING LANES ON THE BRUCE HIGHWAY (PROSERPINE-BOWEN) - Contractors are invited to tender for the construction of two overtaking lanes on the Bruce Highway between chainage 50.8 km to 53.49 km north of Proserpine.

Queensland Code of Practice for the Building and Construction Industry applies to this Contract.

Tenders must be accredited under the Australian Government Building Construction OHS Accredation Scheme (the Scheme) established by the Building and Construction Industry Improvement Act 2005 (BCII Act) when entering into contracts for building works as defined under Section 5 of BCII Act and maintain accredation under that scheme while the building work is carried out.
