Overview
Lendlease has been engaged under an ECI (Early Contractor Involvement) contract on the New Women's and Children's Hospital (New WCH) Project, located at the site of the former South Australian Police Barracks.
This engagement includes the development of key inputs such as time, cost and quality advice, procurement, and the delivery of early works. The works include the new hospital's car park and some enabling works for main hospital construction. Successful tenderers for this phase are published below and will continue to be updated as procurement progresses.
In addition, an Expression of Interest process has been completed for packages related to the next phase of New WCH Project construction which includes the clinical building, central energy plant and remaining hospital precinct.
