The parties to this agreement being Killalea State Park Trust and Killalea Coastal Investments Pty Ltd jointly seek to have works carried out within defined areas of Killalea State Park in accordance with development approval and the terms of this agreement to provide for a variety of recreational and nature study activities including a range of camping and accomodation types, associated sporting, recreational and retail activities and to facilitate the public access and use of the park.
