At the time of issuing the Invitation to Register Interest, the works include the following: the provision of modern, purpose built facilities and improved infrastructure in order for the Special Air Service Regiment (SASR) to maintain its operational efficiency and effectiveness by rationalising, collocating and centralising like functions within Campbell Barracks, located in Swanbourne, Perth, Western Australia.
The scope of the Campbell Barracks Working Accommodation Redevelopment is anticipated to include: infrastructure works; refurbishment of existing facilities;construction of new facilities; and demolition of redundant facilities.
