This project involves car park and parade ground resurfacing to Kapooka which is broken down into redefine the borders and reseal the 1st Recruit Training Battalion (RTB) drill practice parade grounds, define and resurface range visitor carpark, all-weather sealed carpark at Head Quarters Army Recruit Training Centre (HQ ARTC) and sealing the old Enhanced Land Force (ELF) compound car park.
