Description

The NCA is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced firm to perform tree removal and replacement on Springbank Island.

This project will remove timber debris and existing weed tree species, renovate grassed areas, and plant a mix of 115 trees compromising both deciduous and native trees. This includes the removal of 43 weed tree species, listed under the ACT Pest Plants and Animal Declaration 2015.

This will consist of three stages.

- Stage 1 will be the tree removal process.

Please note this stage will require an arborist to be engaged with a chipper, suitable size loader / machine and qualified crew.

- Stage 2 will be transportation of trees and planting.

- Stage 3 will be to undertake 52 weeks of consolidation.
