Description
This Approach to Market (ATM) is for the establishment of a Standing Offer Arrangement for the provision of Psychological (Adaptability) Assessments to support the Australian Antarctic Program selection process (the ‘Services’). The intent of the Psychological (Adaptability) Assessment is to assess an individual’s ability to effectively adapt and respond to the demands of living and working in an isolated, confined and extreme environment. It is part of a comprehensive suite of selection activities undertaken by the Customer which also includes technical interviews, assessment centres and a comprehensive medical assessment.
