Additional Macro Sites - Design - Radio Systems Replacement

The Radio System Replacement (RSR) project will replace the existing analogue system with a digital system, involving the installation of radio across the rail network. The PTA has recognised the demand for three additional macro sites to improve the network coverage around the railway network. As part of the RSR project, Public Transport Authority (PTA) requires the services of a competent contractor to undertake the design of the three additional sites. The base scope of works includes (but is not limited to): Bayswater Standalone Equipment Room (SER) this is a macro site with an Indoor Equipment Rack in an existing room and a new 20m high monopole. Scope includes but is not limited to necessary inspections and preparing a design for the monopole foundation and related civil and electrical works. Maddington North this is a macro site with Outdoor Equipment Cabinets (OEC) and a new 20m monopole. Scope includes but is not limited to necessary inspections and preparing a design for the monopole foundation, OEC foundation and related civil and electrical works. Ashton Avenue this is an existing site macro site with 25m high monopole that has to be fitted with OEC. Scope includes but are not limited to necessary inspections and preparing a design for the OEC foundation and related civil and electrical works.
