Engagement of a suitably qualified and experienced environmental contractor to ensure all parties involved in the remediation works understand and comply with the Remedial Action Plan requirements, provide remediation supervision, document the stages of the validation works including provision of a Validation Report and Long-Term Environmental Management Plan, provide air monitoring during asbestos works, undertake clearance inspections following placement of capping layer and finishing, and undertake waste classification of material as required.
