Upgrade of Chilled Water Pipework - Parliament House

The Queensland Parliamentary Service is seeking proposals to Upgrade the Chilled Water Pipework throughout Parliament House, and associated pipework located in the Parliamentary Annexe Building plant room, located at the corner George and Alice Streets, Brisbane.

Depending on requirements these services specifically include:

• Survey and submission of design, programming and methodology for approval;
• Demolition and removal of nominated pipework from site;
• Disposal off site;
• Isolations, blanking and connections;
• Supply and install new pipework, fittings, valves, flow meters, sensors, seismic restraints and ancilary associated with the proposed works;
• Builders works inclusing all making good;
• Certification, testing, commissioning and hand over to base building contractor; and
• Integration to existing BSM.
