Offers are invited by the State of Queensland (acting through the Department of State Development, Infrastructure and Planning) for the provision of Technical Advisor Services as detailed below:
The provision of specialised best practice technical advice to the Project Director throughout the stages of the Project, which include:
• Stage 1: Transaction Definition (completed)
• Stage 2: Expression of Interest (EOI)
• Stage3(a): Request for Detailed Proposal (RFDP) Documentation
• Stage 3(b): RFDP Bid Period
• Stage 3(c): RFDP Evaluation
• Stage 4: Negotiation/ Documentation to execution of Development Agreement
