Rosslyn Bay - State Boat Harbour Public Toilet Amenities Replacement Project

The Department of Transport and Main Roads is seeking tenders from an experienced main/head contractor for the demolition, design, supply and installation of two amenities blocks and associated civil works at Rosslyn Bay Boat Harbour, Yeppoon, Queensland.

The work to be performed comprises of all materials, plant/equipment, labour and the performance of all operations necessary for the proposed works/service including but not limited to:

• demolition and disposal of 2 existing toilet amenities blocks;
• design, supply and construction of 2 toilet amenities blocks;
• design, supply and construction of 2 integrated solid sewage waste disposal units;
• site preparations;
• associated earthworks and landscaping;
• all service connections;
• construction of concrete pathways;
• provision of management and maintenance plans;
• preparation and lodgement of all building and plumbing approvals; and
• final RPEQ certified 'As Constructed' drawings.
