Review of waterfront occupancies to determine rates of compliance and estimate revenue leakage across the waterfront occupancy portfolio. Utilising analysed data and financial projections already tabled to support identification of improved tenure management leveraging existing TfNSW tenure management experience.The project will be used to test such implementation capabilities and will support future decision making, and provide input into a future business case for reforms to the waterfront tenures.
