Description
The Department of Transport is inviting interested parties to submit an application for:
- accreditation by the CEO as Accredited Service Providers within Western Australia for the supply of such Alcohol Interlocks and associated services; and
- to have their Alcohol Interlocks approved by the CEO, as a class which meets specified criteria.

ATTACHMENT 1 – FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE WA ALCOHOL INTERLOCK PROGRAM (AIP) ARE AVAILABLE ON REQUEST BY CONTACTING THE OFFICER NOMINATED FOR ENQUIRIES AS STATED ON THE FRONT PAGE OF THE REQUEST FOR APPLICATION DOCUMENT
