Provision of a Legal Case Management System Solution

The State Solicitor's Office (SSO) requires a commercial off-the-shelf Legal Case Management System (LCMS) solution with minimal customisation, delivered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). The LCMS solution will be highly configurable enabling it to respond to change easily and be cost effective. The LCMS solution will require case management functionality including a document management capability that provides a reliable and secure way to store, find, share, automate, and collaborate on documents and email from anywhere, using any device, and comprehensive implementation support (including deployment training and support services).
