WA Department of Justice
Case Management System for the Office of the Public Advocate
Details
Description
The Western Australian (WA) Office of the Public Advocate (OPA) is an independent statutory authority that is part of the Department of Justice (the Customer). OPA delivers an essential service to individuals where there is a concern that they may have a decision-making disability and may require a guardian and/or administrator. OPA requires a commercial off-the-shelf cloud-based Solution with minimal customisation, delivered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). The Solution will be highly configurable enabling it to respond to change easily and cost effectively. The Solution will require case management functionality, comprehensive implementation support (including deployment training and support services for the initial term) and an optional feasibility study into improving integration with other agencies.
