Panel Contract for Individually Funded Therapy Services

The Disability Service Commission (State Party) is seeking to establish a Panel Contract for Individually Funded Therapy Services , to deliver a range of diverse and innovative services to people with disability, their families and carers living in the NDIS trial sites. Service Providers approved to be on this Panel Contract will be able to provide services in the WA NDIS My Way trial sites and use this approval status as part of the process to register to become a WA NDIS NDIA Service Provider.

Respondents can provide a response for either or both parts.

NB: Attachments 1 and 2 are with and only relevant to Part 1.

Under NDIS Guidelines, registration to become a NDIS Service Provider must have been through the Service Provider approval process of the relevant state jurisdiction as well as registering with NDIA. Therefore, to be a Service Provider in the WA NDIS My Way and NDIA trial sites in Western Australia a Service Provider must be on the State Party’s Panel Contract for Individually Funded Services
