The Goldfields Esperance Development Commision's (GEDC) key objective for this study is to determine the viability of a regional universities campus and the optimum tertiary (defined as university and TAFE) service model for the Goldfields-Esperance region in order to meet regional tertiary aspirations and development of human capital in the region. A comprehensive feasibility study and business case to be provided that clearly identifies the optimum model and the requirements to achieve it.
