Provision of a Sports Program for Canning College

Canning College provides a range of pathways to employment and further education. These programs are offered to students who have completed the compulsory years of schooling.

Under this contract, Canning College requires the delivery of:

1) Certificate II, III, IV and Diploma courses in Sport and Recreation for students who have completed their compulsory schooling; and
2) Western Australia Certificate of Education (WACE) Courses that enable the successful completion of the WACE (if WACE has not been previously achieved).

The delivery is required to meet quality and compliance requirements in accordance with Department of Education (the Department) Vocational Education and Training in Schools (VETiS) standards for the delivery of Western Australian Certificate of Education (WACE) and Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF). It is envisaged that the successful Respondent will be an organisation that can draw links to elite sporting groups which will be active participants in the implementation of the program.
