Description
The Gascoyne Development Commission, (the Customer) is seeking a suitably qualified consultant to develop a Regional Blueprint for the Gascoyne region of Western Australia.
The Gascoyne Blueprint (the ‘Blueprint’) will be a comprehensive statement of strategy for the future development of the region’s infrastructure, industries, living spaces and community.
The Blueprint strategy will require:
• an environmental scan of major issues affecting the region into the future; and
• an economic and demographic analysis of the region.
The Blueprint strategy will need to provide a series of regional development imperatives for the Gascoyne region resulting in a feasible implementation plan split into a 3-year, 10-year and 25 year time horizon (i.e. through to 2050)
