The General Surgery department at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital is seeking offers for the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of a Transoesophageal (TOE) and Endoscope dual reprocessing machine and a height adjustable 2 bay sink.
The Contract established as a result of this Request for Quote may be awarded in any of the following ways:
• a single supplier for all items; or
• a panel of two suppliers.
