The Consultant will undertake a desktop review of materials already developed by ReCFIT including the proposed governance structure and resourcing plan.In addition, the consultant will provide negotiating advice to support the finalisation of the funding agreement with the Australian Government and high level project planning advice for the delivery of the Tasmanian Green Hydrogen Hub.
