VenuesWest owns and manages 13 of Western Australia’s premium sport and entertainment venues on behalf of the State Government.
One of these venues is Champion Lakes Regatta Centre (CLRC), a purpose built facility for community, state, national and international sport competitions including rowing, canoeing, dragon boating and triathlon and cycling events.
Generally, the scope of this Request includes civil and landscape upgrade works at CLRC associated with:
1. AREA 1 – Southern car park extension;
2. AREA 2 – Concrete wash-down area and upgrade to ramp in-front of Champion lakes Boat Club;
3. AREA 3 – An outdoor BBQ/shade area on the Western Side of the Main Building and paved path extension; and
4. AREA 4 – Concrete ramp to Lake on the Northern side of Finish Tower.
