Provision of Temporary Assistant in Nursing (AIN) Personnel Services to Health Service Providers

This Request seeks to establish a Panel of service providers for the Provision of Temporary AIN Personnel Services to Health Service Providers (HSPs).
The resultant Head Agreement will constitute a standing offer, whereby Customers can place Orders on an ‘as required’ basis during the Term.
The proposed panel contract will be mandatory for use throughout WA Health. HSPs will not deal directly with the Contractor/s who are placed on the panel, but rather NurseWest on behalf of HSPs will liaise with panel providers to fulfil the HSP’s requirements for AIN Personnel. Similarly, the Contractor/s must not deal directly with HSPs to offer Temporary AIN Personnel, all HSPs bookings are facilitated by NurseWest via its staff management system.
