The PTA is seeking to work with a partner organisation to:

    1. Identify and recommend actions to implement a geospatial data and information framework for the PTA that supports how the PTA interacts across the Transport portfolio including
    2. Undertake a cost/benefit analysis of geospatial value as relating to key PTA work areas supporting the infrastructure and public transport service lifecycle:
    3. Identify areas of geospatial improvement as relating to
    4. Identify how a centre of excellence model may operate within the PTA and support long term knowledge and expertise retention.
    5. Deliver a Geospatial Improvement Roadmap that clearly identifies
