The Western Australian Museum (the Museum) is the State’s premier cultural organisation, housing Western Australia’s (WA’s) scientific and cultural collection. For over 120 years the Museum has been making the State's natural and social heritage accessible and engaging through research, exhibitions and public programs.
The Museum has approximately 1.6 million digital collection records held on more than 35 independent databases (on six different software packages) and is seeking to transition to a unified Collections Data Management System (CDMS).
