HSS106320 for Supply of Instrument Sets, Plates and Screws to Western Australian Health Service Providers (HSPs) for Maxillofacial, Neurosurgery and Small Bone Procedures

This Request is for the supply of Craniomaxillofacial, Neurosurgery and Small Bone Implants (fixtures or prostheses) and Associated Consumables to Western Australian Health Service Providers and Department of Health. The scope of the Contract will include a range of Goods and associated training, education and/or support.

Respondents must nominate the categories of Goods they wish to offer, and may offer one or more Goods under each nominated category. Each category of Goods will be considered independently and, in order to adequately account for clinical end user requirements, a single supplier or Panel Arrangement of suppliers may be appointed for individual line items within each Goods category and/or subcategory.

The Contract will operate as a standing offer arrangement (Head Agreement), with Orders (Customer Contracts) being placed on an ‘as required’ basis during the Term of the Head Agreement.
