Description
Undertake a review of the Health Information Management Services (HIMS) Department and Health Information Management Services across the Tasmanian Health Service and define an ‘exemplar’ HIMS department structure and governance model including the identification of the roles and functions required to realise this future model. In addition, the review is to include a diagnostic review of the HIM operating model and the development of an informed improvement portfolio.
