Description
You are invited to tender for the provision of office refurbishment works for part of ground floor and part of 1st floor of 11 Helen St, Mt Gambier. Office refurbishment works are in line with the attached documentation done by MPH Architects and Lucid Engineering for the Department of Environment and Natural Resources.
The office refurbishment work is being undertaken to enable Natural Resource Management (NRM) staff to be co-located with Department of Environment and Natural Resources staff. Refurbishment work is also to enable shared reception counter and facilities with Department of Water Resources.
Office refurbishment work is required to be completed during April 2012 to enable relocation of NRM staff before their existing lease ends.
