Project management services for the residential land development at Walpole Rd, Paralowie

The City of Salisbury seeks to engage a Consultancy/Property Developer to undertake project management services for the residential land development at Walpole Rd, Paralowie.

On-going services as required will encompass all associated parts of the development covering Part 1(Whites Rd end), Part 3 (Pt Wakefield Rd end, subject to re-zoning) and Part 5 (Whites Rd, south of the Little Para).

Services will include design review, project planning (including feasibility, scheduling, and marketing), appointment of various consultants, civil and landscape construction contractors, sales agents and conveyancing.

This tender consists of several stages. Stage 1 is the delivery of Part 1 (current land division development application). At the absolute discretion of Council having regard to the performance of the consultant project manager in the delivery of Stage 1, Council has the ability to award the remaining stages (eg delivery of other Parts) to the existing consultant project manager. However, if Council is not satisfied with the performance of the consultant project manager at any time during Stage 1, Council has the right to retender for the remaining development Stages (ie Land Parts).
