Description
Business Technology System Solutions, (BTSS), is required to provide software maintenance and development support for a suite of business systems in operation across the Department for Communities and Social Inclusion (DCSI). DCSI operates a considerable portfolio of in-house developed information systems as an integral component of its service delivery, community support programs and business operations. These IT systems are critical in supporting DCSI projects and objectives, and facilitate matters such as the delivery of concessions, management of contracts, business intelligence and learning and development of staff.
BTSS currently has a service requirement in relation to:
- the ongoing maintenance and development of DCSI software as currently undertaken by BTSS, (‘Software Development’), and
- the provision of personnel at short notice for varying lengths of time, at an agreed set fee, to work in-house on individual systems development projects, (‘Professional Services’).
