Description
It is planned to extend the use of technology in Court rooms to enable the recording of both video and audio. The main objective is to establish a centralised recording service to remotely record proceedings concurrently in a number of State Court rooms equipped with digital recording technology.
The objectives of this RFQ are to enable the selection of a suitable supplier/installer to:
- Supply and install suitable IP Cameras in selected Court rooms.
- Supply, install and configure software that will combine multiple video streams from several digital cameras onto a single PC screen, and give the operator full control over the IP cameras and recording functions.
Respondents are required to provide a total solution, which includes both cameras and video managment software.
